Co lead pastor
Dr. Potter is licensed Assemblies of God pastor , Deaf, most recently also part time professor at the University of Valley Forge. She is currently living in North Carolina and has burden for the Deaf community
Rodney Smith
Lead Pastor
Rodney Smith was appointed to serve as The Lords cup Deaf Assembly 's Lead Pastor July 2015. Prior to that, he served as Lead pastor of Connecting Deaf church in Norristown PA.
The attributes that best describe Pastor Rod as a pastor are strong leadership development and coaching. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like The Lords cup Deaf Assembly where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. He graduated from North Central University in 2001with a degree inDeaf Pastoral studies.
Pastor Rod has been happily married for 37 years to his wife,, JoAnn They have 2 children : Andrei and Juri.

Associate Pastor
Dr. JoAnn was appointed to serve as The Lords cup Deaf Assembly 's associate pastor July 2015.Prior to that, she served asLead Pastor of Pleasant View Deaf Assembly in Spring Lake Park, Minnesota.
